Ferry Crashed From Distracted Operator Looking At Phone, Officials Say

The ferry was carrying 267 passengers and crew members on board when it struck a rocky islet in South Korea on Wednesday. About 27 passengers suffered minor injuries or dizziness. The ferry’s captain and two officers were charged with injury by gross negligence.
